The Company’s earliest conversation about the possibility for AI-ML to solve the global debt market liquidity issues and challenges occurred in 2018 with Professor Warren Powell at the ORFE Labs, in Sherrerd Hall, shown on the adjacent map, located between Chariton Street and Olden Street on the Princeton campus. The ORFE Lab here sits beside Shapiro Walk adjacent to Olden Street. Thanks to Dr. Powell, Doug Miles saw how the footprint of ML and generative AI in the logistics industry pioneered 20 years earlier by Professor Powell might be applied to market liquidity discovery in global OTC asset trading. Thus began a long conversation with Doug Miles and OSML on that invention path and with utilizing his existing US Patents. In 2023, Professor Powell retired and became faculty Emeritus and devoted his efforts to his son’s generative AI Logistics business. This did however spawn OSML’s multi year relationship with Princeton’s ORFE Department which is set to rapidly expand as we prepare to launch LiquiditySherpa
