PATENTS & IP

The IP Strategy of OSML is to revolutionize OTC Debt and Fixed Income trading worldwide through the power of deep market data collection in the pre-trade cycle of market liquidity discovery. Next, data is exposed to AI decision making analytics. These uniquely collected (via patented method) comprehensive data sets are then exposed to proprietary AI analytic models. That process then predicts optimal transaction paths, evaluated prices (if actual prices are unavailable or outdated). It also ranks outcomes for potential alignment among optimal counterparties as chosen by users themselves. More high quality and novel data to review and analyze by LiquiditySherpa™ means more transaction alternatives for all users. As always, work flow identities of users are anonymous until a near completed transaction is finished. This work flow is captured and summarized in three serial utility US patents. We expect to benefit from additional new IP filings in the near future.

IP STRATEGY

Target Data Constrained Sectors or Sub Asset Classes

  • ‘Off the run’ investment grade or below investment grade sectors.

  • Introduce new data aggregating and analytic expansion opportunities such as AI automated BWICs (bids wanted in competition) and automated bid lists.

Target Underdeveloped Data Creation Opportunities with High Value Added

  • Introduce Liquidity discovery in the pre-trade cycle, outside of traditional digital transaction platform flows – yields novel high value data sets.

  • Indicative bid dissemination discreetly, timely & digitally to passive holders – like custodial or endowment holdings.

Leverage Unique Transaction or IP Positions which enhance data sourcing or delivery, ultimately accelerating executions

Streaming bid and offer levels expand numbers of instances per hour or day within distinct ranges or within distinct transaction lot sizes without attribution – A I model driven data
